In the the late summer 2021, Heidi Parkes held a quilt-a-long on Instagram which I decided to follow and below is the quilt that I made, incorporating many mementos from my travels that I have collected and kept over the years, together with some personal bits of my family history such as the linen table mat, fabric post card from a quilting friend etc.
The captioned photograph highlights the meaning of each of the various elements.
