Wimbledon Art Trail is on the 12th and 13th September and I will have my house/studio open to visitors. You can come just to have a look but there will be quilts, cards and prints for sale.
Below are some examples of recent work made from a variety of patterned fabrics, very different from the work that I usually make with solid colour. As many of you will know I am particularly fond of vibrant African fabrics. These small art works are part of a new series called Gathered Rhythms, because of the strong sense of rhythm and movement.
The titles of the individual pieces are Ochre, Verdant, Tidal and Ember.
The works are all around 42″ square. They are all for sale.
